Our emulator support special internal SCR system test managed by Engine ECM, consequence of this is automatically disable of engine torque reduction (idle speed) without any special diagnostic tools! Just install device, heat the engine, all errors will go to inactive.

The set includes:
- CATERPILLAR SCR Emulator – 1pcs.
- Installation Manual
We mount the emulator to the ACM control unit. We disconnect the plug from the control unit and connect the device.
We attach the emulator cable to the NOx sensor – we disconnect the plug from the sensor and, in its place, connect the plug from the emulator. Additionally, the extra plug you received in the set should be connected to the second NOx sensor.
The next step is to disconnect the two plugs from the NH3 sensor.
We disconnect the SCR/DEF tank.
After installing the emulator, it is necessary to warm up the machine – errors should be inactive.
