The installation of the emulator is straightforward. We connect the device in place of the ACM Unit. We unplug the connector from the ACM and connect the emulator in its place. Then, we disconnect the NOx sensors. Additionally, we can disconnect the SCR tank and SCR injector. The DPF filter should also be removed because regeneration is disabled, and the filter may become clogged. It is also advisable to perform resets with a service computer for SCR and DPF, but this is not necessary if we do not have any errors.
