Speed Limitation Error Code Eraser for Heavy-Duty Trucks

This device was developed in response to a growing issue caused by heavy-duty truck manufacturers implementing a “20 km/h speed limitation mode” when a malfunction is detected in the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) exhaust treatment system.

These situations—where a driver starts their truck only to discover it’s stuck in limp mode—can be a nightmare on the road and come with high costs. Emergency roadside assistance is not only expensive, but also time-consuming.

Our Error Code Eraser acts as a portable diagnostic tool, clearing engine fault codes and disabling the 20 km/h speed limitation caused by SCR-related errors.

✅ How It Works:

1. Turn on the ignition (engine must not be running).

2. Connect the Error Code Eraser to the OBD diagnostic port.

3. The “Status” LED will illuminate and begin flashing rapidly.

4. After approx. 20 seconds, the LED will light up solid – this means the process is complete.

5. Disconnect the device and start the engine.

✅The 20 km/h speed limitation is now deactivated.

✅SCR-related error codes have been cleared.
