The NOx emulator replaces the operation of the NOx sensor downstream of the catalyst,
Nox sensor before the catalyst – it must be operational to ensure correct operation of the SCR system in the vehicle.
Advantages of using the NOx emulator:
- The NOx emulator replaces only NOx sensor downstream of the catalyst
- The rest of the SCR system must be operational
- The device does not interfere with vehicle’s electronic system
- After installation of the emulator the SCR system is fully diagnosed
